The Revenue Assurance Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the revenue assurance function within the organization. This role ensures that all revenues are accurately captured and billed. The Assistant Manager will assist in identifying revenue leakage, improving revenue-related processes, and mitigating financial risks to ensure the organization’s profitability. The role also involves managing a team, working closely with various departments, and utilizing analytical tools to ensure optimal revenue management.

The main responsibilities of a ASSISTANT MANAGER- REVENUE ASSURANCE include:

  • Revenue Assurance Oversight: Support the development and implementation of revenue assurance processes to detect and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular data analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue data. Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to rectify them.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Assist in preparing reports and metrics to track revenue assurance performance. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
  • Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve processes related to billing, invoicing, and revenue capture.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks that could affect revenue recognition and work to minimize them. Support the development of mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of revenue assurance specialists and officers, ensuring effective performance, growth, and development.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with Client Services, Compensation & Benefits, Customer Experience, IT, and other departments to address revenue issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • System and Tool Utilization: Use revenue assurance tools and systems to automate processes, track discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
  • Training and Support: Train new team members on revenue assurance processes and tools. Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff.

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, auditing, or a related role.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of billing systems, revenue assurance software, and data analytics tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.  

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
