• Help prepare monthly and quarterly slides for Executive level presentations
• Assist in the monthly financial close process including preparing accruals and journal entries in Netsuite, flux analysis on variances, preparing month end close reports
• Assist in the financial forecast update in Adaptive Planning tool
• Assist with the update and reporting of Key Metrics
• Run reports and consolidate data as needed to support the business (reports from Coupa, SFDC, Netsuite, Adaptive Planning, Domo, any other business tools)
• Any other task to help provide data, information, and insights

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong background in finance and accounting
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Fast learner, able to multi-task
• Deliver work on time

• Knowledge of Adaptive Planning tool a plus, but not required as we will teach you

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background

• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
