We're seeking an experienced Engineering Site Leader to join our dynamic team in the Philippines and lead engineering efforts across multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. In this role, you will set the technical direction and architectures for new products and features, coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and other groups, and manage and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, data analysts, QA engineers, and more. As the Engineering Site Leader, you will drive engineering processes, standards, tools, and best practices, lead planning and execution of project roadmaps and releases, and effectively communicate status, priorities, and plans across the organization. You will:

• Lead engineering teams on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

• Own and report key company OKRs weekly to internal stakeholders

You have:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years of management experience
• Experience leading projects and people successfully through rapid growth periods
• Deep hands-on experience with our core languages and technologies
• A track record of recruiting and retaining talented engineers
• Experience driving high product quality, test automation, and DevOps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience operating effectively under ambiguity

• Programming language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, 
• Engines or frameworks: Node JS, Java, Vue
• Code management / Build tools: Git – Github / Bitbucket 
• Frameworks/Tools: Playwright – Webdriverio - Appium - Postman
• Containerization and Orchestration: Docker/Kubernetes
• Testing & work methodology: BDD, TDD, CICD
• Data: SQL / PL-SQL 
• Cloud: GCP
