We are seeking a skilled specialist to support our Events and Social Media Team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, Concur, and social media tools. Some of the key tasks would be running expense reports, building URLs, social listening, and other reports.

• Building UTM links for social media posts
• Handling expense reports
• Providing staff and housing spreadsheet support for events (16-20 events/year, including six RSAC events)
• Compiling and building social performance reports from various channels
• Utilizing our social listening tool to engage with mentions
• Project management support
• Managing event uploads and related tasks (Excel experience required)

• Copywriting skils would a plus
