The main responsibilities of a LODGEMENT OFFICER include:
- Gather and organize all necessary documents from brokers and clients.
- Proofread loan submissions and accurately input data into loan submission portals.
- Provide timely feedback to brokers on any issues or discrepancies to prevent declines or deferrals during the loan submission process
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe applications.
- College graduate.
- Experience managing financial campaigns.
- Familiarity with Australian brokerage-related campaigns.
- Exposure to Broker Engine Dashboard and Apply Online platforms.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Excellent file management and organizational skills.
- Strong business correspondence skills, including professional email communication.
- High proficiency in English verbal communication (9/10).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Dependable and deadline-oriented.
- Collaborative team player.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
