DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled Market Analyst to support the team in Brazil in project execution and sales, assisting with research and analysis, client reports and presentation preparation, sales presentations and other general market activities.

MONETARY BENEFITS
Leave Monetization of Sick Leaves - The employee shall be eligible to monetize a portion of his/her earned and unused sick leaves to be credited on the first quarter of the succeeding year. The amount to be monetized shall be up to a maximum of PHP 10,000.00 and shall be considered as non-taxable. Any remaining and available leaves credits, aside from the ones being monetized, shall automatically be forfeited at the end of the current calendar year.
Premium Benefits (eligibility as applicable) - OVERTIME PAY HOLIDAY PAY NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL PAY
13th Month Pay - With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year you shall be entitled to 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of your monthly gross salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment.
NON- MONETARY BENEFITS
Birthday Leave - The Employee shall be eligible for one (1) birthday leave which can be used within the birthday month upon the approval of the immediate manager. Unused Birthday Leave shall automatically be forfeited prior to the end of the birthday month.
HMO Principal - The Employee / Principal shall be entitled to the health insurance upon hire with a maximum benefit limit (MBL) amounting to PHP 300,000 per illness per year. The HMO coverage shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.
Special Leaves - Employee shall be entitled to statutory leaves including but not limited to:
Maternity Leave, maximum of 105 days. Republic Act 9710: Magna Carta for Women allowing up to Two (2) months leave with full pay based on the gross monthly compensation pursuant to conditions specified in said Republic Act.
Carry Over of Leaves - Maximum of five (5) vacation leave credits from the current year may be utilized until March 31 of the succeeding year.
Paid Leave Credits - Employee shall start earning up to Fifteen (15) days’ Vacation Leave (“VL”) with an accrual rate of 1.25 leaves per month, and up to Fifteen (15) days’ Sick Leave ("SL") with an accrual rate of 1.25 leaves per month. VL and SL credits will be available for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31 of the same year. Additional One (1) day VL credit for every year of service up to a maximum of Twenty (20) days VL.
HMO Dependent - Php 200,000 per illness per year HMO eligibility upon hire for 2 dependents. HMO coverage for free dependents is the standard/regular coverage unless stated otherwise.
The main responsibilities of a MARKET ANALYST include:

RESPONSINILITIES:
- Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, developing and reporting from a detailed project plan to track progress
- Assist the team by researching, analyzing, and preparing materials for clients and sales meetings
- Data/information collection, analyses, production and record keeping of projects for companies in the Brazil market
- Analyzing clients´ investor database and historical meeting records and preparing reports
- Monitor and summarize analyses of market reactions, investor stock ownership changes and feedback tracking reports for clients/projects.
- Work closely with the Brazil team to set up and coordinate all the activities required for the execution of the projects
- Support the development, design and creation of materials for Corporate Governance & Sustainability advisory services, including ad-hoc reviews, modelling and benchmarking
- Assist in research and data collection for benchmarking analyses
- Help update track record, sales pitch presentations and other marketing materials
- Collaborate in the organization and storage of records and investor intelligence, for easy access and future use
- Contribute to the production of local thought leadership content that are relevant to the business and our clients in Brazil.
- Support the team in other ad-hoc market related initiatives
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Three-plus years of relevant experience – investor relations, financial services, management consulting, corporate development
- BA degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
- Additional capabilities, experience and/or working knowledge in capital markets, governance, sustainability and corporate law practices is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of capital markets, company annual reports, financial and governance disclosures, and investor stewardship statements
- Solid data analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office - proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Knowledge of research and financial platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, etc. helpful
- Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
- Proficient English - written and verbal communication skills required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, pro-active, self-starter attitude and ability to perform well autonomously.
- Enjoy working in fast paced, growth and diverse environment
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Knowledge of research and financial platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, etc. helpful
