We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our commercial, merchandising, and executive teams with reporting, data processing, and business insights.

The main responsibilities of a SALES ANALYST include:
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & System Updating
- Enter retail sales reports from the POS system into the ERP (NetSuite)
- Perform other sales and stock-related data entry tasks as needed
- Sales Reporting & Dashboards
- Create retail dashboards and weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Generate wholesale sales reports using BI tools
- Produce ecommerce and marketplace sales reports
- Stock & Sell-Through Analysis
- Create stock holding and aging reports
- Prepare in-season sell-through reports
- Compile prebook reports for upcoming ranges
- Prepare partner sales and sell-through reports for major retailers, distributors, and clinic
- partners
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Provide additional reporting and data support to leadership
- Assist with data clean-ups, formatting, reconciliations, and spreadsheet organisation
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience in sales reporting, data entry, analytics, or inventory reporting
- Familiarity with NetSuite, BI tools, or retail/ecommerce systems (preferred but not
- required)
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
- Excellent written English communication
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
