You will be working to supply products and services to MOW operating assets and onshore offices, handling day-to-day purchasing and logistics, engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, and managing supplier data to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant operations.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR PURCHASER include:

  • Handle operational procurement of spare parts, consumables, and services for assigned assets/onshore locations

  • Forward spares and commodities for all modes and urgencies

  • Serve as main contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders; resolve procurement issues

  • Manage transactional purchasing processes for assigned assets

  • Maintain strong, performance-driven relationships with business units and MOW Procurement

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure item availability and smooth operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain to source and secure contracts

  • Monitor and provide input on supplier performance

  • Ensure timely invoice payments

  • Manage supplier data and perform compliance checks (including banking info)

  • Engage with operations and technical teams for stakeholder management

  • Support Export Control processes

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for procurement processes

  • Handle day-to-day purchasing and logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery

  • Optimize landed costs while considering item criticality

  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to source and secure contracts

  • Manage supplier data, including performing relevant compliance checks

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
