You will be working with Plutus Health, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, client SOPs, and internal policies. Your role includes maintaining accurate documentation of processes and overseeing work inventory to support efficient task allocation and team workload balance. You'll also manage staff schedules based on the US time zone and ensure voicemails are returned within 24 hours. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to drive process improvements and address performance gaps to enhance overall productivity.

The main responsibilities of a SUPERVISOR include:

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, client SOPs, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, SOPs, and workflow maps
  • Ensure to track the work inventories, timely task allocation, workload balancing among team members.
  • Monitor Voice mails and ensure the return of voice mails within 24hrs.
  • Manage Staff roaster based on US time zone
  • Collaborate with team to enhance process efficiencies
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and accuracy.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team
