The ideal Lead Technical Proposal Writer must be experienced in writing proposals in response to base operations support, operations and building maintenance, logistics, and other various healthcare and medical; mission support, and engineering solutions scope. 

 

The main responsibilities of a TECHNICAL WRITER include:

• Write proposal content, including technical, management, past performance, staffing, resumes, various plans, and executive summaries.
• Write responses to various government requests to include RFx, Sources Sought, and Evaluation Notices.
• Peer Review and edit sections drafted by others
• Create content from various sources into a compliant, compelling, and comprehensive proposal response.
• Ensure final submission is compliant with RFx requirements and instructions.
• Tailor existing response to meet the requirements of the RFx.
• Participate in color team reviews on others’ proposal as content or compliance 
  reviewer.

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Experience preparing and writing proposals in a federal environment
• Understanding of RFx requirements and instructions.
• Proven technical writing skills and track record of creating compliant, compelling, and comprehensive proposal responses.
• Organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a lead writer on technical proposals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and write about complex topics.
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant topical area and/or English, Communications, or a 
  technical discipline required.

 

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
