This individual will be responsible to determine the test plan for electronic components and write the test program for Advantest EVA-100 test system. Technicians on site will conduct the testing and this individual will verify the test is completed in conformance to company and industry standards and prepare the test report. Ideal candidate is someone who is able to program the EVA-101 for testing the full range of devices it is capable of and support Hardware design and fabrication on-site where the tester is located.

• Quoting to customer requirements and lab standards
• Developing test plans for electronic/electrical components and/or assemblies.
• Develop test platforms for related product families.
  
• Implement controls to ensure personnel safety during testing and in all areas of potential hazard.
  
• Comply with company quality standards and policies
  
• Prepare test reports upon completion of testing within the stated or required lead time
  
• Attend seminars and training classes to state current on latest technologies and techniques.
  
• Train, supervise and appraise Test Technician/s
  
• Conduct training to operators, company personnel, and customers as necessary or as required
  
• Management and control of equipment, fixture, test accessories and spare parts inventory
  
• Management and control of equipment maintenance and calibration
  
• Management and control of environmental requirements for laboratory testing, including but not limited to; ESD, Humidity, Temperature, EMI and Radiation
  
• Management and control of documents and software for testing
  
• Communicate and engage with equipment and service suppliers, providers and contractors for training, warranty claim, repair, replacement, rental, and support
  
• Update and/or create procedures, work instructions, training guides, forms and related documents in accordance with company quality standards and policies
  
• Provide support to inquiries and customer complaints related to testing.
  
• Initiate and participate in process improvements
  
• Any other duties as required by supervisor and/or higher authority

• Graduate of Electronical or Mechanical Engr.                 
  
• Experience with any 2 or more type of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Programming Languages
• Experience with product characterization, parameter testing and hardware design
• Experience in Semiconductor Testing from test creation to hardware building. 
• Experience with PCB Layout and building the fixtures
