The Account Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for supporting the accurate reconciliation of financial accounts and loan activity within U.S. mortgage servicing operations. Through comprehensive training, you will learn to analyze financial transactions, identify discrepancies, research issues, and prepare reconciliation packages that help ensure compliance, operational accuracy, and exceptional client service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and continuously learning new processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior mortgage servicing experience is not required, we will teach you our business.

The main responsibilities of a ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION ANALYST include:

Learn to prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations for various custodial and clearing accounts.

Research and resolve reconciliation differences by analyzing financial transactions and supporting documentation.

Assist in preparing two-way and three-way reconciliation packages.
-
Monitor account activity and identify discrepancies requiring investigation.
-
Aggregate loan activity from multiple systems into summary reports.

Assist with investor reporting, compliance reporting, and audit support.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operating procedures.
-
Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with teammates and U.S.-based business partners to resolve operational issues.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Mortgage servicing experience is not required.
