Strategic Planning (AI-Powered)
• Use AI to analyse customer requirements and constraints; generate optimal transport plans 
• Forecast bottlenecks; proactively adjust schedules 
• Balance cost minimisation, on-time delivery, driver utilisation, and customer satisfaction 
• Deliver customer service excellence backed by intelligent insights

Real-Time Fleet Control (AI-Informed)
• Monitor fleet performance via AI dashboard; oversee multiple runs simultaneously 
• Make rapid, data-backed decisions on diversions and resource reallocation 
• Manifest containers, coordinate with drivers—all informed by AI planning 
• Track costs in real time; AI system flags issues automatically 
• Manage emergency after-hours support and truck repairs 

Continuous Refinement
• Shape how the platform evolves—your insights make the AI smarter 
• Test features; identify automation opportunities; champion the platform internally

- Firm, decisive, and dynamic
- Can handle both Transport and Fleet Control functions (50/50); can consider candidates with either Fleet and Transport Planning background
- Trainable; AI experience is preferred
- Computer literate and proficient in Excel
