The main responsibilities of a ASSET MANAGEMENT INTERN include:
- Track and maintain accurate records of assets including computing equipment and related peripherals.
- Conduct physical audits and update asset inventory data accordingly.
- Support asset allocation, returns, and decommissioning procedures.
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and completeness in Asset Management databases.
- Prepare reports related to asset usage, trends, and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams including Asset Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware components.
- Familiarity with Inventory tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
