The Associate Project Manager supports the successful execution of projects
across the Security Solutions business. This role works under the guidance of
Senior Project Managers to partner with business leaders, project stakeholders,
and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track timelines,
manage documentation, and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.

The main responsibilities of a ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER include:

  • Assist with managing new customer onboarding projects through established
    processes.
  • Maintain project schedules, action item logs, and status reports.
    Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution and
    delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools to track project tasks, milestones, and
    deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and documented in
    appropriate systems.
  • Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate concerns as
    appropriate.
  • Support customer satisfaction efforts through responsive, professional
    communication.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and
    effectiveness.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, lessons learned, and documentation
    handoff.
  • Manage small-scale internal or other customer projects as assigned.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a
    related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination
    operations, administration, customer success, implementation support, or a
    related role.
  • Experience working in a technology, software, SaaS, or operations-driven
    environment.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, supporting global customers or
    cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
    (PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams experience is an advantage).
  • Experience using any project management and collaboration tools such as
    Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the
    ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
