The main responsibilities of a BILLING SPECIALIST include:
- Reviews Charges
- Monthly recurring revenue
- Non-recurring charges
- Ensure billing accuracy from month-to-month
- Monitor and apply usage as needed
- Assist in the RMA process
- Be aware regarding unreturned equipment and charge as needed
- Generate invoicing
- Interact with clients who have billing needs
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients/agents/resellers, etc.
- Answer billing questions and concerns
- Coordinate with other departments as needed for client issue resolution
- Maintain physical agreement filing
