The main responsibilities of a CAD DRAFTER include:
- Produce accurate technical and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Maintain rigorous revision controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Interpret and transform complex engineering drawings into detailed CAD drafts.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand and meet specific drafting needs.
- Continuously improve drafting processes by integrating innovative AI and automation tools.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 2–5 years of direct experience in CAD drafting, with proven proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering and construction drawings.
- Experience working in sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy.
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Relevant certifications in CAD drafting or similar technical accreditations are preferred.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Familiarity with software like SolidWorks and Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of or exposure to SCADA systems and drawings.
- Interest in or exposure to AI and automation tools within drafting workflows.
