CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/DESIGNER

As a Civil Structural Designer, you will contribute to the development and realization of structural projects by creating detailed 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings. Working under limited supervision, you will ensure that all designs meet client specifications and industry standards, maintaining regular communication with the civil structural lead to optimize the design process and enhance project outcomes.

• Develop accurate 3D structural models based on point cloud data and comprehensive field reports.
• Produce precise 2D fabrication drawings from 3D models to support manufacturing and construction processes.
• Ensure all design work complies with client-specific standards and specifications as well as general industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain effective communication with the civil structural lead to ensure clarity in design objectives and to minimize the need for rework.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights as required.

• Proven proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, procedures, and structural design principles.
• Ability to interpret point cloud data and transform it into detailed structural models.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report to leads.
• Commitment to adhering to client-specific standards and project specifications throughout the design process.
  3-5 years of relevant experience
  Experience with Autocad (latest version is preferred)
  Candidates must have hands-on experience with structural drafting, specifically involving building structures and steel 
  structures.
  Strong experience with 3D software and 3D modeling is required, as this is an important part of the role.
  Experience with 2D drawings/modeling is also required. The role will primarily involve drafting-related tasks.
  Candidates must have good English communication skills, as they will communicate directly with the client and need to clearly 
  understand and receive client instructions.
  Open to Junior or Mid-level profiles and does not require a senior-level candidate.

• Experience with AutoCAD and Advance Steel is highly preferred.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision on moderate design tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and willingness to update skills as required by project demands or industry developments.
  Experience within Oil & Gas industry is preferred
  Experience with fieldwork, site measurements, and scan data is a plus, but not mandator
