The Compensation and Benefits Liaison Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and executing all activities related to employee compensation and benefits. This includes ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and managing relationships with key government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the BIR.

Vehicle / Risk Allowance:
The Employee shall receive a monthly Vehicle / Risk Allowance of Php 5,000.00, subject to applicable taxes. This allowance is intended to cover vehicle-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance. The allowance shall be reviewed annually and may be renewed subject to Management approval at the end of each year.
The main responsibilities of a COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS LIAISON SPECIALIST include:
- Act as the primary contact for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, ensuring all employee-related statutory requirements are met.
- Manage the processing of employee registrations, updates, loans, claims, and separations with relevant government agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and monitoring of remittances and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and handle employee queries regarding benefits and statutory availment.
- Support BIR-related requirements, including preparation of form 2316, tax updates, and employee tax registrations.
- Maintain organized and confidential records of employee compensation, benefits, and compliance documentation.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and provide advisory on government benefit processes and requirements.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Experience in government compliance and coordinating with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the BIR.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Experience in handling employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Basic knowledge of government online portals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
