The main responsibilities of a CORPORATE RECRUITMENT LEAD include:
SOURCING AND SCREENING:
Manage sourcing channels and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and
Salesforce to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, evaluate Predictive Index profiles, and conduct initial
interviews to assess candidate fit.
INTERVIEW PROCESS COORDINATION:
Schedule and conduct the initial interview with candidates and provide

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION:
Regularly update stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives,
on recruitment status and candidate progress.
Provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage of the
recruitment process.
TRACKING AND REPORTING:
Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and
hiring decisions within the recruitment tracking system.
Utilize the Sourcing & Endorsement Tracker and Salesforce to manage
productivity and progress.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment preferably
in Executive Search setting
Takes initiative and have a high sense of accountability
Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the bestsuited
candidates for the job roles
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other
recruitment tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple
candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
