The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, managing workflows and automations, supporting users, generating reports, and ensuring HubSpot is effectively configured to support business processes and customer relationship management.

The main responsibilities of a CRM SPECIALIST (HUBSPOT) include:
HubSpot CRM Management
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date records.
- Create, update, and maintain CRM properties, fields, pipelines, lists, and other configurations.
- Manage contact, company, deal, and other relevant CRM records.
- Monitor data quality and identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
- Establish and maintain CRM processes, standards, and best practices.
- Support the implementation of new CRM features and functionality as required.
Workflows and Automation
- Build, maintain, and optimise HubSpot workflows and automated processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Monitor workflows to ensure they are functioning correctly and troubleshoot issues when required.
- Support the development of lead routing, notifications, follow-ups, and other CRM automations.
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports.
- Provide regular reporting on CRM activity, pipeline performance, data quality, and other relevant business metrics.
- Analyse CRM data and provide insights to support operational and management decisions.
- Ensure reporting information is accurate, relevant, and presented in a clear and actionable format.
User Support and Training
- Provide day-to-day support to HubSpot users and assist with CRM-related queries.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with HubSpot or other technical teams when escalation is required.
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and CRM best practices.
- Assist with onboarding and training new users on HubSpot functionality and processes.
Process Improvement
- Review existing CRM processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical HubSpot solutions.
- Support CRM projects, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Stay informed of relevant HubSpot updates and recommend features that may benefit the business.
Data Privacy and Compliance
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
- Follow established data protection, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure CRM processes are aligned with relevant internal policies and healthcare-related data handling requirements.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Previous experience working with HubSpot CRM in an administrative, specialist, or operations capacity.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, data management, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience creating and managing HubSpot workflows, lists, properties, pipelines, and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Experience documenting processes and creating user guides is an advantage.
