The main responsibilities of a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST include:

● Accurately enter and update logistics, inventory and order data across multiple systems, including ERP platforms.
● Validate and reconcile data across systems and 3PL platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
● Support the inbound and outbound logistics processes by maintaining accurate records for receiving warehousing, inventory management and distribution to stores.
● Maintain accurate documentation to support Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements with 3PL partners.
● Track and update product delivery timelines and deadlines provided by the supply chain team.
● Build and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel to support planning, product, finance and logistics teams.
● Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) to maintain shared trackers and collaborate across teams.
● Liaise with 3PL partners and suppliers to resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
● Maintain organised, up-to-date records and filing in line with company data standards.
● Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and reduce errors.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as product, planning, retail and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

● Proven experience in a data entry, logistics administration or supply chain support role, ideally within the Australian retail industry.
● Strong working knowledge of ERP systems for data entry and validation.
● Understanding of 3PL operations and general logistics and warehousing principles.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets and data formatting.
● Proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
● Confident using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for collaborative data management.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large volumes of data.
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

● Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other logistics software.
● Certificate or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
