The main responsibilities of a DIRECTOR - HR BUSINESS PARTNER & SERVICES include:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to clients by translating business goals into scalable people solutions
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and provide guidance on workforce and organizational challenges
- Deliver HR insights and recommendations that support operational and business objectives
Employee Relations & Governance
- Lead employee relations governance and ensure compliant, defensible, and disciplined case management
- Provide guidance on complex employee issues while maintaining strong governance standards
- Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
- Design organization structures and workforce plans that support scalability and efficiency
- Advise clients on role alignment, team structures, and resource planning
- Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives
Compensation, Performance & HR Operations
- Guide clients on compensation strategies, rewards programs, and performance frameworks
- Oversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle with a focus on quality, speed, and employee experience
- Ensure operational excellence across onboarding, employee support, and HR processes
Analytics, Reporting & Team Leadership
- Translate workforce data and insights into actionable business recommendations
- Develop reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HRBP and HR Services team
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Experience
- Strong background in HR Business Partnering, client advisory, and HR operations
- Proven experience in employee relations, organization design, and workforce planning
- Experience supporting global or offshore operations is an advantage

- Ability to simplify complex people challenges into practical solutions
