We have a vacancy for a permanent full-time E-commerce Assistant working offsite.

We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team, working predominantly on creating and maintaining products and content across our website platform.

The main responsibilities of a ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT include:
- Work closely with the eCommerce Coordinator to maintain content and products across our many domain websites and external 3rd party integrations.
- Be involved in idea generation in our collaborative marketing discussions.
- Work on improving user journey and experiece
- Work collaboratively with E-commerce team members and the wider organisation to provide an amazing consumer experience online.
- Manage product listings on various systems, including collecting product information where needed.
- Support the eCommerce team with general day to day website updates and tasks.
- Support the execution of E-commerce initiatives.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Strong time management and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce, preferred not required.
- Excel knowledge.
- General computer proficiency.
- Great attitude
- Fast learner
- Great computer skills not required but recommended
- Experience in ecommerce system recommended
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Experience with E-commerce back end tools, Magento experience preferred, not required.
