The main responsibilities of a FINANCE TEAM LEAD include:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
>>> Main POC of UK Finance team in PH, local finance lead #1 TASK
>>> IHP KPI reporting delivery #3 TASK
>>> analytical, group finance activity participation, rolling and forecast of financial KPIs #3 TASK
>>> Some sort of Finance related certification, or working towards it.. eg.. CPA etc.. #3 TASK
>>> very familiar with PH local accounting, tax, govt processes, supplier management, cost benefit #2 TASK
>>> Ppl Mngr experience for AP, Fixed Asset etc #3 TASK
>>> Direct management in IHP none, Pastorally (indirect) = 9 FTE
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
• Previous experience working with invoices and accounts
• Have worked with a Finance system and understand processes
• Have worked effectively in a team
• Administration, Excel, Word and general duties
• Using telephone and Finance systems
• Working with crib sheets, standard operating procedures and processes
• Working effectively in a team
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, related courses
>>> Some sort of Finance related certification, or working towards it..
eg.. CPA etc.. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is highly preferred
ACCA, CIBD or CIMA
