The HR Manager will oversee the human resources functions for the organization, managing employee performance, development, compliance, and team engagement. They will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth.

The main responsibilities of a HR MANAGER include:

  • Employee Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle.

  • SOP Compliance: Collaborate with KMC and iRecon internal teams to ensure adherence to rules, policies, procedures, and SOP compliance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Teramind to track and analyze employee productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective task execution.

  • Training and Development: Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and improve performance.

  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure all company policies are followed and updated as needed, particularly regarding data protection, performance management, and HR best practices.

  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee disputes and address grievances, fostering a healthy working environment.

  • Employee Engagement: Create and manage employee engagement programs to promote a positive and productive workplace.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a tech or e-commerce setting, with additional HR experience in consumer packaged goods, brands, marketing agencies, or BPO/managed services companies.

  • Tools: Familiarity with employee monitoring tools (e.g., Teramind).

  • Regulations: Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations in the Philippines.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
