To lead the front-end creative development of client opportunities across Cachet’s CRS (Client Relations and Service) function, delivering compelling, commercially considered and high-quality design responses that help position Cachet to win work.
The Interior Designer – CRS will focus predominantly on RFPs, Stage 1 design engagements and Cachet’s Fast Test Fit (FTF) service. The role combines strong conceptual thinking, workplace strategy, space planning and visual communication with the ability to work quickly and confidently across multiple opportunities.
Working closely with the CRS Director, Group Design Lead, client relationship teams and wider design studios, the role will translate client briefs, business needs and project opportunities into clear and engaging design solutions. It will also play an important role in establishing a strong design foundation and facilitating an effective handover to project design teams once opportunities progress into delivery.

- Lead early-stage design engagements following award or client appointment - Undertake briefing, workplace planning, spatial strategy and initial concept development - Translate client requirements into clear design principles and an agreed spatial direction - Develop plans, concepts, finishes and early design presentations appropriate to Stage 1 - Identify key design considerations, opportunities and risks early in the process - Establish a strong design foundation that can be efficiently transitioned into the next stage of project delivery |

- Lead and contribute to the design response for RFPs, pitches and new business opportunities - Interpret client briefs, project information and workplace requirements to establish an appropriate design response - Develop compelling concepts, test fits, design narratives, mood imagery and presentation collateral - Work closely with CRS, estimating and delivery teams to ensure design responses are creative, commercially appropriate and deliverable - Support pitch preparation and participate in client presentations where required - Adapt design thinking and presentation style to suit different clients, sectors and opportunities |
