The Investor Reporting Investor Accounting Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the accurate reporting of financial and loan servicing information to mortgage investors and clients throughout the United States.
Through comprehensive training, you will learn how to analyze financial data, prepare investor reports, research exceptions, reconcile differences, and ensure reporting is completed accurately and on time. Your work helps clients meet regulatory requirements, maintain financial accuracy, and support one of the most important functions in mortgage servicing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and continuously learning new business processes in a collaborative environment. Prior mortgage servicing experience is not required; we will teach you our business.

The main responsibilities of a INVESTOR REPORTING INVESTOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST include:
- Learn the end-to-end investor reporting process for assigned mortgage portfolios.
- Prepare, review, and validate investor reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify reporting exceptions and discrepancies.
- Research and assist in resolving reporting, remittance, and reconciliation issues.
- Support monthly reporting cycles and ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operating procedures.
- Assist in identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and business partners to resolve reporting questions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related analytical field preferred.

Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Internship or academic experience in finance, accounting, banking, analytics, operations, or reporting is a plus
- Mortgage servicing experience is not required.
