The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR ECOMMERCE MANAGER include:
- Manage daily operations for assigned 1P and dropship retail accounts, ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to retailer requirements, including service level agreements, to maintain optimal account performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Warehouse, and Inventory to address and resolve fulfillment issues and discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory levels and product information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across platforms.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales metrics, order volumes, and fulfillment rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to optimize ecommerce operations and enhance overall service delivery.
