Junior Research Analyst will work with Glass Lewis’ EMEA research team to produce unbiased, independent research (Proxy Papers) and voting advice on governance and equity/compensation issues for Dach companies' general meetings, by:
• Reviewing meeting materials disclosed by publicly listed companies (e.g. annual report, notice of meeting)
• Analysing information with regards to corporate governance and remuneration practices
• Summarising meeting proposals and providing voting recommendations based on best practice

The main responsibilities of a JUNIOR RESEARCH ANALYST include:
RESPONSIBILITES
• Write and edit research reports for your specific market. Some work on other global markets may be required.
• Communicate and collaborate with analysts to ensure reports are delivered on time.
• Contribute to additional research projects throughout the year on a as needed basis.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
