The Loan Sales & Transfers Analyst is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the movement of residential mortgage loans throughout their servicing lifecycle. Through comprehensive training, you will learn how loans are acquired, transferred, sold, and boarded while ensuring data accuracy, operational compliance, and timely client delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning complex business processes. You'll collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure loan transfers are completed accurately and efficiently. Prior mortgage servicing experience is not required; we will teach you our business.

The main responsibilities of a LOAN SALES & TRANSFERS ANALYST include:
Responsibilities

Learn the end-to-end loan sales and transfer process, including acquisitions, transfers, service releases, and loan boarding.

Review and validate loan information before processing transfers.

Assist with preparing and completing daily, weekly, and monthly loan movement activities.
-
Monitor loan transfers to ensure accurate and timely completion.
-
Prepare reports supporting loan movement activity and client deliverables.
-
Research discrepancies and assist in resolving transfer-related issues.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operating procedures.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and business partners.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
