Illumio’s Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Reporting Analyst to assist the Marketing Analytics Manager with daily reporting requests, dashboard creation, troubleshooting, and narrative building.

The main responsibilities of a MARKETING ANALYST ASSOCIATE include:
- Create tables and visualizations to accommodate data requests
- Communicate with request stakeholders on request status and clarification
- Make enhancements to SQL dataflows and dashboards in DOMO
- Assist with narrative creation and storytelling for bi-weekly performance calls
- Assist in rebuilding dataflows to reference IT-sanctioned tables in SQL Server
- Meet regularly with Marketing Analytics Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
- Work in tandem with Marketing Operations to enrich source data and perform opportunity associations
- Document reporting processes
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 2-5 years of data visualization experience (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- 2-5 years of SQL experience
- Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus
- Be a self-starter. Be curious. Have the drive to build and optimize
- Communicate clearly and often to ensure leadership and colleagues are kept aware of relevant issues or updates
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively
- Proactive and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions.
