Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions’ next MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
The Marketing and Communications Lead will own how Rellatrix is positioned and represented in the public market. As the company’s first dedicated marketing hire, this role will be responsible for building the Rellatrix brand, shaping the narrative around robot teleoperation, and establishing the Philippines as a key talent hub for the emerging industry.
On the category side, the role will build the story of robot teleoperation from the ground up—educating the market on what we do, differentiating Rellatrix from traditional BPO or call-center models, and establishing a clear and compelling narrative around the future of human-robot interaction.
On the talent side, the role will treat recruitment as a marketing challenge. With Rellatrix scaling toward thousands of Robot Operators, the Lead will develop campaigns and communications that build awareness, attract qualified talent, strengthen employer brand, and reduce reliance on manual candidate sourcing.
As the first dedicated marketing hire, the successful candidate is expected to build and execute before building a team. This means being comfortable developing strategy while also writing the copy, launching campaigns, creating content, managing channels, measuring results, and working directly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who is equally comfortable thinking big, building from scratch, and getting the work done.
