The main responsibilities of a NOC INTERN include:
- Assist in the monitoring of network systems to ensure performance meets company and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot network issues with guidance from senior engineers
- Update and maintain network inventory documentation
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, including implementation of new technologies and network upgrades
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on technology trends and company policies
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
