Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions’ next ORACLE FUSION TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Checkr is looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Analyst to support and evolve our Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials environment, with a primary focus on the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) process — Receivables, Cash Management, Collections, and Revenue Management. This role blends functional configuration expertise with hands-on technical skills (reports, data loads, and workflow automation) to keep day-to-day financial operations running smoothly while also driving enhancements, quarterly release readiness, and cross-functional project work. The ideal candidate is comfortable being both a trusted functional partner to Finance and Accounting stakeholders and a hands-on builder who can troubleshoot, configure, and deliver technical solutions within Oracle Fusion.

On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:

  • HMO on Day 1
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Fixed weekends off
  • Leave credits

The main responsibilities of a ORACLE FUSION TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ANALYST include:

Day-to-Day Operations & Support

•     Serve as a primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion Financials production support, triaging and resolving incidents related to Receivables, Cash Management, Collections, and related I2C sub-processes.

•     Monitor and support month-end and quarter-end close activities for the I2C process, including AR aging, cash application, revenue recognition schedules, and collections workflows.

•     Manage and resolve support tickets (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) within agreed SLAs, performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes rather than workarounds.

•     Maintain system configurations, approval workflows (BPM), security roles, and data validations to ensure control and compliance requirements are met.

•     Support integration monitoring between Oracle Fusion and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Salesforce, billing, banking/lockbox feeds, tax engines).

Oracle Project Work & Enhancements

•     Gather and translate business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Order-to-Cash stakeholders into functional and technical design documentation (e.g., BR100/MD50-style specs, test scripts).

•     Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials modules to support new business requirements, acquisitions/integrations, and process improvements.

•     Lead or support Oracle Fusion quarterly release testing and regression cycles, assessing new features for impact on I2C processes.

•     Design and build reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) to support Finance reporting and analytics needs.

•     Develop and maintain data conversions/loads using FBDI/HDL, and support integrations built in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or via REST/SOAP APIs.

•     Participate in Oracle Fusion implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end: requirements, design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare.

•     Partner with internal audit, security, and compliance teams to ensure enhancements meet SOX, access-control, and data-handling requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•     Act as a liaison between Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, IT, and external implementation partners on Oracle Fusion initiatives.

•     Document processes, configurations, and known issues to build a durable knowledge base for the Business Applications team.

•     Provide training and end-user support/enablement for Finance and Accounting teams on Oracle Fusion functionality.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

•     5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with meaningful depth in the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) track: Receivables, Cash Management, Collections, and/or Revenue Management.

•     Demonstrated techno-functional skill set: comfortable configuring modules as well as building reports/integrations, not purely functional or purely technical.

•     Practical experience with OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) report development, and FBDI/HDL-based data loads.

•     Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware, and REST/SOAP web services for financial system integrations.

•     Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, and ad hoc reporting.

•     Experience supporting month-end/quarter-end close activities and understanding of GL impacts from I2C sub-processes.

•     Experience with Oracle Fusion security/role configuration and approval workflow (BPM) setup.

•     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across support tickets and project deliverables.

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

•     Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) in Financials (Receivables, Cash Management, or related).

•     Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly release management and regression testing processes.

•     Exposure to integrations with Salesforce (CPQ/Order Management), third-party billing platforms, or banking/lockbox providers.

•     Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based technology company.

•     Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Record-to-Report (R2R) tracks, in addition to I2C.

•     Experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment (e.g., SOX, FCRA, or similar controls frameworks).
