The main responsibilities of a PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST include:
- Handle partner quality cases and complaints from intake to resolution
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect and validate supporting documentation
- Submit and communicate case details to Partners and other relevant parties
- Assess case outcomes (win or loss) based on established criteria
- Apply penalties where required under the applicable framework
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all case handling
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Are fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Are a confident communicator who doesn’t give up easily and loves winning deals.
- Have strong inter-personal and time management skills.
