We are seeking Patient Support Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text communications while ensuring every patient receives a positive and supportive experience.

The ideal candidate is warm, empathetic, professional, and passionate about helping others. While healthcare, dental, or orthodontic experience is a plus, it is not required. We are primarily looking for individuals with strong customer service skills and a genuine commitment to patient care.

The main responsibilities of a PATIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE include:

  • Answer inbound patient calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate department or team when necessary.
  • Follow established Family Braces policies, procedures, and communication protocols.
  • Address and de-escalate patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and appointment information.
  • Deliver a consistently positive patient experience across all interactions.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Dependable, accountable, and highly responsive.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare, medical, or healthcare BPO setting.
  • Proven history of stable employment and long-term tenure with previous employers.
  • Interest in building a long-term career with the organization.
