As a People Operations & Systems Coordinator, you will support day-to-day People Operations and help keep our employee data, systems, and processes accurate and running smoothly.


This is a hands-on operations role with a strong focus on Workday/HRIS, data accuracy, employee support, and operational execution. Strong attention to detail and good judgment are critical for success.

The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR include:

  • Complete transactions in Workday, including job profile changes, compensation changes, employee data changes, and organizational changes.
  • Navigate Workday confidently to find employee information, understand business processes, and troubleshoot questions.
  • Run and review Workday reports to support audits, compliance, and data requests.
  • Triage incoming employee requests. Understand what the employee is asking, determine the correct owner, and route the request appropriately.
  • Provide first-line support for straightforward employee questions and escalate when needed.
  • Support global People Operations processes, including employment verification, employee data changes, and other administrative work.
  • Manage confidential employee information with care and discretion.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Experience with a comparable HRIS (e.g. Rippling, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) will be considered, but Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience completing Workday transactions, including but not limited to: job profile changes, compensation adjustments, and personal/employment data changes
  • Ability to confidently navigate an HRIS, run reports, and audit employee data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when working with employee data.
  • Experience managing a shared inbox, ticketing system, or employee support queue and using good judgment to triage requests.
  • Ability to work independently, find information, solve problems, and know when to ask for help.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • 5+ years of HR administration or People Operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Asana or a similar work management tool.
  • Experience in a high-growth company is a plus.
