The main responsibilities of a PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR include:
- Tracking approvals in our P2P system (ZIP) and reminding approvers who are not responding to automated reminders
- New vendor validation
- Contract execution task within our process (this will require a great attention to detail to ensure signature instructions are followed precisely)
- Contract execution cycle reminders
- PO creation / sending PO's to appropriate vendor contacts
- Reviewing the open PO report
- Other projects as assigned
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar procurement or related role.
- Experience in local procurement, with global procurement exposure considered an advantage.
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including collaboration with Legal teams and vendors, as well as contract management.
- General knowledge of Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor contracts.
- Experience working with global vendors is a plus.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems; familiarity with Zip is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
