QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST

The primary function of this role is to ensure the integrity and quality of data within a laboratory setting that operates under ISO/GxP, ISO/IEC 17025, and GCLP regulations. The position involves significant data management, quality control, and interaction with cross-functional teams to support data validation and analysis processes.

• Ensure the cleanliness and completeness of data received from laboratory teams.
• Perform quality control checks on data to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze raw data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with various teams, including laboratory, IT, and quality assurance, to facilitate efficient data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate confidently across departments to enhance data integrity and operational effectiveness.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation techniques.

• Proven experience in a regulatory environment, particularly ISO/IEC 17025, GxP, or GCLP.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and implement new knowledge and techniques in data management and quality control.
• Exceptional attention to detail necessary for high-quality data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of life sciences, biotechnology, or chemistry to effectively manage and interpret scientific data.
