RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

The role is responsible in meeting hiring goals of the Hotel Operations supporting under Galley, Housekeeping, Culinary, Restaurant Service and Specialty by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally accountable for the full life cycle of the recruiting process which entails screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, and ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Essential Functions

• Review job descriptions and job specifications to develop a clear understanding of role requirements, qualifications, skills and certification. - 5%
• Ensure review of all candidates resumes and job applications online and during onsite hiring within 2 days - 20%
• Conduct review of HireVue videos to assess candidates response to questions - 20%
• Timely scheduling and conduct of recruiter call with candidates to verify suitability and required skills and certifications - 10%
• Updating of candidates status for those rejected and those who will onboard - 20%
• Assist in managing the team’s shared mailbox and ensure inquiries and candidate communications are addressed promptly. - 10%
• Review, maintain and clear the talent pool for assigned positions to ensure candidates are appropriately categorized - 15%

•  Experience in end-to-end recruitment and/or crewing and selection for volume requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
•  No or very little travel likely
•  May be requested to work a different shift.
