The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER include:
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and architectural frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and ensure project success.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices across all development activities.
- Develop and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs, along with other middleware tools.
- Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend and implement advanced features and optimizations.
