.
The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER include:
Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce Development & Customization: Build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and other appropriate platform capabilities.
• Rock Execution & Delivery: Execute assigned development work within projects and sprints, provide accurate technical estimates, communicate risks or blockers early, and consistently deliver against agreed sprint commitments.
• Code Quality & Engineering Standards: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code; participate in peer code reviews; implement feedback from the Salesforce Technical Manager per established standards.
• Integrations & APIs: Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, integration platforms, webhooks, and other approved approaches — with real production-level ownership, not just conceptual familiarity.
• Platform Performance & Optimization: Develop with governor limits, performance, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability in mind.
• Technical Debt & Platform Maintenance: Support remediation of technical debt, legacy code, inefficient automation, and deprecated functionality — a current priority area.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Support: Diagnose and resolve technical defects and complex issues escalated by Administrators or Operations, partnering with the Salesforce Technical Manager on deeper architectural reviews.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for custom development, integrations, configuration dependencies, and deployment considerations.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
