TEST AND TRAINING MANAGER

The Test and Training Manager leads quality assurance, business process validation, and end-user readiness for SAP solutions and related enterprise applications. Based in Metro Manila, this role coordinates testing and training activities for implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and global rollouts. The manager partners with business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and regional teams to ensure solutions meet requirements, comply with applicable documentation and validation standards, and can be adopted effectively by users.

• Develop and maintain risk-based test strategies, plans, schedules, and governance for SAP and connected enterprise applications. 
• Coordinate testing across the software lifecycle, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end business process testing. 
• Translate business requirements and process designs into test scenarios, scripts, acceptance criteria, and traceability records. 
• Oversee test preparation and execution, including test data, environments, defect logging, triage, retesting, and readiness reporting. 
• Work with process owners and subject matter experts to validate that SAP solutions support operational needs and defined business controls. 
• Lead Computer System Validation activities where required, ensuring validation plans, protocols, evidence, approvals, and traceability are complete and controlled. 
• Maintain accurate testing and validation documentation in accordance with applicable quality systems, regulatory expectations, and internal procedures. 
• Assess test results, defects, risks, and dependencies; communicate issues and release readiness to project and business leadership. 
• Design and manage role-based training strategies for new or changed processes, systems, and user responsibilities. 
• Develop or oversee training materials, job aids, process guides, exercises, and assessments, ensuring content is accurate and accessible to varied audiences. 
• Coordinate training delivery through appropriate formats, such as instructor-led sessions, virtual learning, train-the-trainer programs, and self-paced resources. 
• Monitor training completion, user preparedness, and adoption indicators; identify knowledge gaps and arrange follow-up support. 
• Partner with change management and support teams to prepare users for go-live and reinforce adoption after deployment. 
• Lead, coach, and develop testing and training team members; establish consistent methods, standards, and performance expectations. 
• Continuously improve testing, validation, documentation, and training practices based on project outcomes and user feedback. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• Prior experience using Panaya 
• Substantial experience in SAP testing, enterprise application quality assurance, business process validation, or a closely related discipline. 
• Experience leading test planning and execution for complex implementations, upgrades, integrations, or multi-location deployments. 
• Working knowledge of SAP business processes and the relationship between system configuration, business requirements, and operational controls. 
• Experience with user acceptance testing, defect management, test evidence, and release readiness assessment. 
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation principles and controlled documentation practices in regulated or quality-focused environments. 
• Demonstrated experience developing training plans and delivering or coordinating system and process training for diverse user groups. 
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in clear business language. 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and dependencies. 
• Proficiency with common collaboration, documentation, and test management tools. 
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. 
• Ability to work in or support operations based in Metro Manila, including coordination with international teams across time zones when needed. 
• Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other modern SAP landscapes, including connected enterprise applications. 
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, or another environment with formal quality and compliance requirements. 
• Familiarity with applicable computerized system validation, electronic records, data integrity, and audit-readiness expectations. 
• Experience with test automation, test management platforms, learning management systems, or digital adoption tools. 
• Background in global template deployment, localization, multilingual training, or regional rollout coordination. 
• Certification or formal training in software testing, SAP, project management, change management, instructional design, or quality systems. 
• Experience defining quality metrics, training effectiveness measures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
