Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions’ next SENIOR ANALYST, REVENUE TRANSFORMATION
Revenue Transformation owns how revenue is generated, measured, and scaled across the business — spanning the revenue tech stack, quote-to-cash (Q2C) workflows, and the systems that support Order Management, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Strategy, and Collections. This role supports that mission as a dedicated testing and documentation resource, ensuring system enhancements, bug fixes, new SKUs, and new product introductions are validated thoroughly before they reach production. The right person is rigorous, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently against defined test plans in an async, cross-functional environment.
On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:
- Competitive salary and benefits
- HMO + free dependent
- Access to KMC's exclusive pantry (MadMax Coffee, Fresh Fridge)
- Diverse learning & growth opportunities
- Accessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)
- Above standard leaves
The main responsibilities of a SENIOR ANALYST, REVENUE TRANSFORMATION include:
- Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases across the quote-to-cash systems for enhancements, bug fixes, new SKUs, and new product introductions.
- Build and maintain test scripts capturing expected vs. actual results, and produce clean evidence packages to support sign-off.
- Perform regression testing to validate that changes do not break existing functionality, helping reduce or remove UAT blackout windows for the RevOps pillars.
- Log, track, and retest defects and system bugs, maintaining traceability from each test case back to the underlying business requirements.
- Reconcile system outputs (e.g., billing, invoice, and order data) and tie out values across systems to confirm accuracy.
- Support Q2C workflow testing and new product/SKU introductions from a systems and data perspective.
- Maintain organized testing documentation, defect logs, backlogs, and open-item trackers.
- Partner asynchronously with onshore Business Systems, Billing Engineering, and the RevOps pillars to coordinate test cycles and communicate results clearly.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in system/software testing, with hands-on ownership of UAT test case design, execution, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and system flows.
- Demonstrated ability to build test scripts, document expected vs. actual results, and produce audit-ready evidence.
- Experience logging defects and driving them to closure — writing reproducible bug reports, partnering with engineering on triage, and validating fixes through retest.
- Ability to work independently against defined test plans and communicate findings clearly in a remote, async setting.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work — drafting documentation, analyzing data, and automating repetitive operational tasks.
- Revenue accounting exposure or familiarity with revenue recognition / ASC 606 principles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Stripe, Snowflake, and/or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with SaaS billing models (seat-based and consumption/usage-based).
- Experience supporting SOX-relevant testing or controls documentation.
