We are looking for a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to collaborate, present, and support tailored solutions that help clients achieve their business goal. You will serve as the technical expert during the pre-sales and implementation process, translating customer needs into effective, scalable solutions.

The main responsibilities of a SOLUTIONS ENGINEER - SMALL BUSINESS include:
- Partner with Sales to design and present technical solutions
- Conduct demos, POCs, and technical discussions with clients
- Customize solutions based on business and technical requirements
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support, Enablement or related roles
- Strong background in cloud architecture, integrations, or enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Own high-impact demos, POCs, and implementations
- Proven ability to influence technical and business decision-makers
