We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger activities, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience working within an accounting or ERP system.

The main responsibilities of a STAFF ACCOUNTANT include:
- Perform general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Review accounting transactions for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, as required.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related discrepancies.
- Assist with process improvements that strengthen accuracy and efficiency within the accounting function.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- CPA qualification or progress toward professional accounting certification.
- Experience supporting international or foreign entities.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ERP experience.
