Myriad360 is seeking a Subcontractor-Partner Manager for a full-time offshore role based in Manila, Philippines and contracted through KMC. The position combines two major areas of responsibility: Subcontractor-Partner Operations Onboarding Analyst and Subcontractor-Partner Manager. It supports the partner lifecycle from sourcing, qualification, onboarding, competitive bidding, and systems-of-record administration through engagement monitoring, performance management, corrective action, compliance, requalification, and continuous improvement.
The role reports directly to Bill Bickham, VP of Subcontractor-Partner Program Management. For the Strategic Priorities Operations Onboarding Analyst responsibilities, the role works closely with Sarah Gold, Sr. Director, Strategic Priorities Operations, and her team. Sarah's organization owns and manages the governing processes, controls, data standards, and business systems; this role executes those processes, gathers and validates data, posts approved information to the systems of record, and coordinates proposed workflow or system changes through Strategic Priorities Operations.

The main responsibilities of a SUBCONTRACTOR-PARTNER VENDOR MANAGER include:
· Operations Process and Systems Execution: Perform defined Service Strategic Priorities Operations workflows within the processes, controls, data standards, and systems managed by Sarah Gold and her team; coordinate access, issue resolution, workflow changes, and data-quality improvements with Strategic Priorities Operations.
· Partner Master Data and Onboarding: Maintain the consolidated subcontractor-partner database; create and update partner records; connect partners to customers, projects, services, geographies, spend, capabilities, certifications, contracts, SOWs, compliance status, evaluations, and performance history.
· Qualification, Compliance, and Requalification: Research prospective partners; collect and validate onboarding, insurance, security, certification, contract, compliance information; administer annual requalification; and post approved status changes to the systems of record.
· Quote, Bid, and Selection Administration: Manage standardized quote solicitations, track responses, normalize pricing, evaluate compliance and value, prepare scoring matrices and recommendations, and document shared selection decisions and supporting evidence.
· Contract, SOW, and Engagement Setup: Coordinate Solution Provider Agreement (SPA’s), similar to Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), but for Subcontractors, contracts, Solution Proposal’s (SP’s) similar to Statements of Work (SOW’s), reviews, approvals, and engagement setup; confirm active work is linked to an approved partner and authorized SP/SOW; identify and escalate missing or unauthorized documentation.
· Evaluations, Scorecards, and Engagement Health: Administer engagement closeouts and evaluations; maintain scorecards, capability records, RAG health, performance trends, project-status information, and stakeholder feedback.
· Exception and Corrective-Action Tracking: Maintain cost, effort, schedule, quality, customer, rework, replacement-cost, customer-credit, margin-erosion, double-effort, and recovery logs; track owners, due dates, evidence, escalation, and closure status.
· Reporting, Sourcing, and Improvement: Prepare dashboards, QBR materials, management reports, meeting records, and action logs; perform capability, capacity, certification, and geographic gap analysis; document procedures; track milestones; and escalate operational or security risks.
Subcontractor-Partner Manager
· Program Operations: Manage the daily operating cadence for partner readiness, engagement follow-up, performance reviews, requalification, corrective actions, escalation, and reporting.
· Partner Relationship Management: Serve as a primary operational contact for approved partners, reinforce customer, communication, quality, documentation, and accountability standards, and build productive long-term relationships.
· Shared Partner Selection: Review partner qualifications, delivery capability, availability, geography, pricing, compliance, past performance, customer fit, and risk; participate with Bill Bickham and applicable stakeholders in criteria-based selection decisions. The role does not select partners unilaterally.
· Engagement Risk and Performance Management: Review subcontractor-supported engagements for scope, schedule, quality, documentation, communication, customer impact, cost, margin, and non-green conditions; use evaluations and scorecards to drive timely response and recommend partner-status changes.
· Corrective Action and Recovery: Lead partner corrective-action discussions, confirm owners and closure criteria, hold parties accountable for completion, and support recovery or commercial action for rework, replacement costs, credits, margin leakage, and delivery failures.
· Compliance, Requalification, and Partner Status: Review compliance and annual requalification information, resolve or escalate gaps, and recommend preferred, approved, conditional, inactive, restricted, suspended, held, or reinstated status based on documented evidence.
· Cross-Functional Governance: Coordinate with Strategic Priorities Operations, PMO, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security, Presales, Solution Architecture, Sales, and partner teams; lead QBRs, assess capacity and pipeline readiness, and recommend improvements to standards, workflows, tools, and the partner ecosystem.
· Partner Development and Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring delivery or communication issues, apply root-cause analysis, recognize high-performing partners, and recommend actions that strengthen partner quality, coverage, scalability, and long-term value.
Operating Relationships and Decision Rights
· Direct Management: The role reports to Bill Bickham, who owns work priorities, responsibilities, goals, business performance expectations, development, and overall role accountability. KMC is the offshore staffing and contracting provider for the Manila-based position.
· Business Operations Governance: Sarah Gold (Strategic Priorities Operations team) own the processes, controls, data standards, and systems used for the Operations Onboarding Analyst work. This role executes those workflows, provides feedback, and coordinates changes through Sarah's team.
· Shared Decisions: Partner selection, material status changes, restrictions, offboarding, and contractual commitments require documented criteria and appropriate shared business approvals. This role prepares the analysis, recommendation, and record of decision.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
· Five or more years of experience in subcontractor, vendor, or partner management; IT services operations; professional-services administration; procurement operations; project operations; or related business operations.
· Experience in an IT services, managed services, consulting, systems-integration, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology-services environment.
· Working knowledge of SOWs, fixed-price and time-and-materials delivery, project financials, cost controls, resource capacity, delivery quality, and customer-impact considerations.
· Experience with partner onboarding, assessments, quote and bid processes, contract or SPA support, compliance administration, scorecards, QBRs, corrective actions, and requalification.
· Ability to interpret project status, cost, effort, schedule, quality, customer, compliance, and operational-risk data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
· Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with experience using CRM, PSA/project-management, ERP, contract-management, collaboration, and reporting systems.
· Strong organization, analysis, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, sound judgment, and follow-through; ability to support United States-based stakeholders from Manila and participate in recurring meetings across time zones.
