Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions’ next TALENT ACQUISITION SYSTEMS & ANALYTICS LEAD

Ashby is the backbone of our hiring process, and we want it to do more. We’re looking for someone to own, develop, and build out our Ashby instance so recruiters, hiring managers, and People leaders can trust the data and act on it.

You will turn Ashby from a place where candidates are tracked into a source of insight on speed, quality, fairness, and cost of hire. You’ll work with Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Operations, and business leaders to make reporting reliable, workflows consistent, and metrics useful.

On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:

  • Health Insurance/HMO
  • Enjoy unlimited MadMax Coffee
  • Diverse learning & growth opportunities
  • Accessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)
  • Above standard leaves

The main responsibilities of a TALENT ACQUISITION SYSTEMS & ANALYTICS LEAD include:

Own and develop our ATS, Ashby

  • Serve as the system owner for configuration, permissions, workflows, custom fields, scorecards, templates, and integrations.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve the candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Manage releases, testing, templates, and roll out for new features.

Build reporting, data, and metrics

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering the full funnel: sourcing, pipeline conversion, time to hire, time in stage, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and recruiter and hiring manager capacity.
  • Define metrics, data standards, and a shared glossary so everyone reads the numbers the same way.
  • Audit data quality regularly and fix root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Deliver clear, timely reporting to People and business leadership, translating data into recommendations.

Support fair, consistent hiring

  • Build structured interview kits, scorecards, and workflows that support consistent evaluation.
  • Monitor pipeline and outcome data for adverse impact and flag patterns for review, in partnership with Legal and People leadership.
  • Help ensure candidate data handling meets privacy and compliance requirements.

Connect the systems

  • Manage integrations between Ashby and our HRIS, calendar, email, background check, and sourcing tools.
  • Partner with HR Operations and People Systems on clean handoffs from offer accepted to onboarding.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and AI-assisted features in Ashby, with sensible guardrails and human oversight.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, TA systems, HR technology, or people analytics.
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience administering an applicant tracking system SPECIFICALLY Ashby.
  • Strong skills building reports and dashboards, with fluency in a BI or analytics tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Sheets-based modeling.
  • A clear grasp of recruiting metrics and what drives them.
  • Ability to explain data simply to non-technical audiences and influence without authority.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a bias toward documentation and repeatable processes.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Experience with the Ashby API, SQL, or workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing and EEO and adverse impact analysis.
  • Experience integrating an ATS with an HRIS.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline work.
