The Technical Web Lead will drive the strategic planning and execution of all web-related initiatives across the enterprise, with a primary focus on the Drupal platform managed by Material+. The main responsibilities of a TECHNICAL WEB LEAD include:
- Lead the technical planning and decision-making process for Drupal-based web projects, including environment setup, deployment strategy, integration architecture, and data modeling.
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams.
- Define and enforce Drupal best practices, architecture patterns, and technology stack choices.
- Oversee the development and integration of custom modules, themes, and third-party systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project resilience.
- Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency across codebases and deployment pipelines.
- Support DevOps and Infrastructure teams in CI/CD pipeline design, hosting architecture, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor technical leads and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in Drupal technologies.
